Not for the first time in inward investment, Ireland's IDA has shown how it should be done. Much of the Celtic Tiger's boom was based on attracting major international employers and the recession has hit the country harder than most.
The IDA's latest proactive campaign may or may not prove to be successful - but if Ireland doesn't attract a new wave of inward investors, it won't be through a lack of trying.
