Breeze Strategy

Inward Investment and Place Marketing Consultancy

Welcome

Breeze Strategy is an inward investment and place marketing consultancy based in the UK.

We work with companies looking to expand internationally and the places seeking to attract them. Put simply, we help business to "invest in anywhere" and prevent locations from sounding like "Anywhere".

Our recent work has included:

  • advising a number of towns on economic development and inward investment programmes
  • mapping supply-chains in the renewable energy sector
  • evaluating the effectiveness of local and sub-regional inward investment structures
  • helping an offshore wind company to enter the UK market for the first time
  • working with a major English city-region on its new place marketing strategy
  • assessing potential new funding streams for economic development
  • building an inward investment proposition for an offshore financial centre
  • devising the "Best Public Sector Campaign" of 2009 in EG Property Marketing Awards

Check out our blog for current thoughts on relevant topics.

IIBH Our new report, Inward Investment Begins at Home, calls for a localist approach to attracting jobs and investment.

This 30-page report suggests that the current system is overly centralised, outdated and inefficient. It offers thoughts on how inward investment activities can be reformed in the future to ensure that the UK regains its competitive edge.
